Training

Our training is open to all abilities, having a wide spread of members in the club. The club is a great way to try out a new sport or continue a sport you have been playing for years. There are a range of sessions available to suit all capabilities and study schedules. Our training consists of fitness, nets (women only and mixed) and skills training.

Training times 2019/20

Tuesday: 9:30am – 11:30am (Zone D)
Friday: 1pm – 3pm (Zone D)
Rock-up and Play (TBC)
